Judson Brewer: A Simple Way to Break a Bad Habit

Judson is a psychiatrist who discusses human behavior and its relation to the formation of bad habits. He goes into some neuroscience as well as studies that were done in attempts to break bad habits. He focuses on overeating, smoking, and texting while driving. His case is that shaping the way one thinks about their own habits can ultimately free that person from being locked into that bad habit.
