My hope is to be joyful in what I do and who I am, able to bless others through my acts and words, and always serve God with integrity.
A little bit about me: I consider my hometown Rosemount, MN, although I have lived in a few different places as well. Rosemount is where I graduated high school, where I met my girlfriend (now wife) Annamarie, and where I used to swim for the Rosemount Irish.
I very much enjoy cooking. I really began what I consider “cooking” when I got married. My wife and I began a new adventure in marriage, and cooking became one of my new joys within that. I love cooking for the techniques it involves, for the meals I get to serve, and of course the getting to eat part 🙂
Some of my favorite outdoor activities are frisbee golf and ultimate frisbee. Face it: frisbees rock! Above is a picture of my first hole in one I threw at Rosemount’s Brockway course.
Academically, my post-secondary education has focused on biblical and theological studies and particularly their relevancy for Christian ministry in the world. I have worked in youth ministry for several years: preaching, teaching, and leading in various capacities.
Overall, this web site serves to convey some interests of mine in a way that provides insights for others with similar areas of passion. Cooking, music videos, and ministry resources are what I have to offer as of now.
Also… I like fish, humor, and being photogenic – sometimes all at once.
